Every year, Tyresoles retreads more than 1,20,000 tyres, consuming more than 2000 tonnes of tread rubber; thus making it the single largest and best equipped retreader in the country. Tyresoles is a member of TIA, the international chamber of commerce for the tyre industry. Tyresoles is run on ERP system by Microsoft Dynamics.
Tyresoles has its main plant in Belagavi at the border of Karnataka & Maharashtra. The Belagavi factory was established in 1984. Spread over 4 acres of land, this is by far India’s largest retreading facility.

With a total production capacity of 25000 tyres/month. There are about 175 highly skilled production staff retreading 15000 tyres/month.
This state-of-the-art facility has cutting edge technology of segmented radial moulds to retread OTR Tyres. It has also installed World renowned REMA TIP TOP German technology for tubeless radial tyre repairs.
