Play zone : The cove – design recognises the multi-functionality of the Indian street and the main avenue of the layout is a unique design that merges the functionality of a road carrying mild traffic and the playfulness of the Indian streetscape where children colonise the streets whenever they can.
Plot site : The cove offers plot sizes across a range of sizes with some bordering gardens and others having roads on two sides. The design of the layout ensures that there are only a maximum of 12 houses in a lane adding to the cozy atmosphere of the neighbourhood.
