Low-cost airline, Spicejet on Friday announced that they will commence daily early morning flight between Bengaluru and Belagavi.
Beginning from August 21, Spicejet will operate a flight in the early morning from Bengaluru to Belagavi and back. The airline deploys 90-seater Q-400 aircraft for this sector.
The flight will take off from Bengaluru 6.10 am and will reach Belagavi at 7.35 am. After 25 minutes of halt, it will take off from Belagavi at 8.00 am and will reach Bengaluru at 9.25 am
The flight will operate all 7 days in a week. This is the first flight from Bengaluru to Belagavi in the early morning time as currently any direct flight in this sector is only around 7 pm.

Spicejet was operating this route earlier too. But it was suspended due to operational reasons and however the Station manager and Airport director had asked Airline to resume service as there was no alternative flight in the morning slots. And Indigo is the lone airline that’s operating daily flight to Bengaluru which is at evening around 7 pm.
The Spicejet airline is also commencing Direct flight between Delhi and Belagavi from 13 August. The Airline will deploy Boeing 737 aircraft for this route and service will be weekly twice.
