Former Karnataka chief minister and Leader of opposition in the legislative assembly Siddaramaiah inaugurated the newly-built Covid Hospital at Ankali, Chikkodi Sadalaga Assembly constituency in Belagavi district through virtual media today.
Speaking on the occasion, Siddaramaiah said – It is the second largest private hospital in Belagavi district with a capacity of about 120 beds. It is commendable that in addition to treating the infected, lunches/meals and fruits are being provided free of cost by Mla Ganesh Hukkeri and former minister Prakash Hukkeri.
He also said “Covid second wave is affecting the state and nation. It is essential that the people of the state take precautions in this case. I request that you avoid infection by wearing a mask and socializing”
