Another milestone in enhancing connectivity! Doubling of Railway line completed between Desur and Belagavi (10.8 Km) yesterday. With this, 56 Km out of 186 Km (30%) of Londa to Miraj section is doubled.
The Speed trial was conducted as part Statutory inspection of doubling of Rly track between Belagavi and Desur ( 10.8 Km) on 4th may. Authorization to operate passenger services on the newly laid double line has been received.
