Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Belagavi on 12th January to inaugurate two day National Youth Conference at District Stadium Belagavi.
Govt. of India has declared January 12th the birthday of Swami Vivekananda as the National Youth Day. Accordingly, India celebrates the birthday of Swami Vivekananda by a number of workshops, seminars and conferences to motivate and energize the young Indians to dedicate them to the development of the nation.
The event will be held for two days i.e., on 12th and 13th January at District Stadium in Nehru Nagar. More than 6 thousand young men and women from different parts of the country are expected to participate in the convention.
As a part of the convention, book fair will be held at the city’s CPED ground on Club road and Sardar High School ground. Accommodation arrangements are being made for the delegates coming to the city. Apart from India, young men and women from other countries are also expected to participate in the conference.
