The North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) said it is decided to operate buses from June 21, with the government relaxing COVID-19 restrictions and permitting bus operations with riders.
The Government of Karnataka has issued orders relaxing the Covid-19 restrictions imposed in the state, except in Mysuru District and has permitted bus operations with 50 per cent seating capacity.
NWKRTC to operate buses from Belagavi to Hubballi, Dharwad, Bagalkot, Ramdurg, Bailahongal, Vijayapura, Chikkodi, Nippani and Khanapur. Soon Nwkrtc will operate to other routes too based on response
The operation of the interstate routes will be decided in the coming days according to the respective States Guidelines.
Passengers traveling on corporation buses are required to comply with the guidelines.
