Smt Mangala Angadi, Member of Parliament Met Union Defence Minister Sri Rajnath Singh in his office at New Delhi on Saturday to seek the blessings on being elected Member of Parliament from Belagavi recently.
In the course of the meeting, Mp discussed the issue pertaining to the issue of NoC from the Defence for undertaking improvement projects of Roads under the Smart City Mission which passes through the Defence or Cantonment Limits in Belagavi City.
She Requested for early clearance in order to facilitate early completion of Road improvement works by the authorities.
The Minister responded positively and assured of early clearance of the proposal and Other Defence issues pertaining to the City infrastructure were also highlighted in the meeting.
