Lords Hotels and Resorts has expanded its presence in the sugar bowl of Karnataka – Belagavi. This hotel aims to promote business and tourism with True Value Hospitality.
The ownership have been changed, earlier Forum Hotels will be replaced by Lords Hotels and Resorts.
This is the third property of Lords in South India after Bangalore and Kurnool. The new property will be launched under the ‘Eco Inn’ branding and is expected to commence operations before the end of year .
The hotel is strategically located in in the prime area of Kolhapur Circle and in close proximity to the railway station and airport.

It will offer forty-three well-appointed rooms, banquet hall, multi cuisine restaurant and roof top bar.
