Lords Hotels and Resorts has expanded its presence in the sugar bowl of Karnataka – Belagavi. This hotel aims to promote business and tourism with True Value Hospitality.
The ownership have been changed, Lords Hotels and Resorts replaced earlier Forum Hotels.
This is the third property of Lords in South India after Bangalore and Kurnool. The new Belagavi property is under the ‘Eco Inn’ branding. And is expected to launch very soon.
The hotel is strategically located in the prime area of Shri Krishnadevaraya Circle (Kolhapur Circle) and in close proximity to the railway station and airport.

Amenities : It will offer forty-three well-appointed rooms, banquet hall, multi cuisine restaurant and roof top bar.

60 Hotels by year end : Lords Hotels and Resorts is looking further to expand its presence across India and beyond. The hospitality industry is facing an immense challenge due to this ongoing pandemic. Lords Hotels and Resorts with its extensive portfolio of brands like Plaza, Resorts, Inn, Eco Inn is seeking partnership with standalone hotel owners to enter into a management agreement.
In the coming months, Lords Hotel will be opening their second property both at Rajkot and also in Jammu, followed by new hotels at Belagavi, Lucknow, Karjat, Shikrapur, and three hotels in Gangtok. “We are poised to reach more than 60 Hotels by 2022 stated Mr. Bansal along with further expanding internationally,” Bansal added.
