Tender : Leasing of Land for Establishing Flying Training Organizations on DBOMT at Belagavi and Kalaburgi Airports in Karnataka

AAl has invited tenders for leasing of land for Establishing Flying Training Organizations (FTOs) on Design, Build, Operate, Maintain and Transfer Basis (DBOMT) at Belagavi, Jalgaon, Kalaburgi, Khajuraho, Lilabari and Salem Airports through Competitive Single Stage Bidding Process

Bids in the prescribed format have been floated on Central Public Procurement Portal etenders.gov.in for on-line submission of Bids. The same are also available at Airports Authority of India website www.aai.aero. The Salient Features of Request for Proposal Document are appended below:

Description

Establishing Flying Training Organizations (FTOs) on Design, Build, Operate, Maintain and Transfer Basis (DBOMT) at Belagavi, Jalgaon, Kalaburgi, Khajuraho, Lilabari and Salem Airports

Site visit by the Bidders :

REP processing Fee :

Non-refundable INR 50,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Thousand only) per FTO in the form of demand draft issued by a nationalized/ scheduled bank in India in favour of the Airports Authority of India payable at New Delhi. The demand draft shall remain valid for 60 days after the Bid Due Date.

Details of airports at which FTO are proposed to be Established

The bid parameter shall be the Concession Fee rate payable to the Authority in terms of INR per flying hour, subject to a minimum of INR 500 (Five Hundred) per flying hour per aircraft. The total number of flying hours (cumulative of all aircraft) in a year shall be minimum 3,000 (three thousand) hours.

The site visit is scheduled to be carried out in coordindation with the concerned Airport Directors. The tentative location and the quantum of the land is part of the tender document,
