The trial run of Vande Bharat Express train from KSR Bengaluru to Belagavi and back will be conducted on Tuesday (21 Nov).
The train originates from Bengaluru at 5.45 am and reaches Belagavi at about 1.30 pm. In the return direction, train departs from Belagavi at 2.00 pm and reaches Bengaluru at about 10.10 pm.

During the trial run, team of senior officers from operations, mechanical, civil engineering and electrical department and representatives will be present on board.
The distance between Belagavi and KSR Bengaluru is 611 km. The line between Belagavi and Bengaluru is fully doubled and electrified.
The Vande Bharat Express will reportedly take 7 hours 45 minutes to reach Belagavi from Bengaluru and it will be the fastest existing train to travel between the two cities of Karnataka.
The fare structure for regular services are under review and will be decided soon.
