As COVID-19 cases continue to decline, the Bommai government on Friday decided to lift the night curfew between 10 PM to 5 AM which was imposed in July as the situation improved.

In continuation of the order of even number dated 03-07-2021 & its connecting orders and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 24(1) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, the undersigned, in the capacity of the Chairman, State Executive Committee, hereby issues modifications to aforementioned orders, as below, which will come into force with immediate effect.
1. Night curfew which is being imposed from 10 pm to 5 am is herewith withdrawn.

2. Horse racing is permitted to resume strictly adhering to COVID 19 appropriate behaviour and SOPs issued by the Health and Family Welfare Department. Number of racing patrons attending horse racing shall be strictly as per the seating capacity of the venue and only fully vaccinated people with COVID 19 vaccine will be allowed/entry into such premises.
