Approval given at today’s Cabinet meeting for an estimated amount of Rs 146 crore for various development works in Belagavi district said Deputy Chief minister Laxman Savadi.
Today, Cabinet has given administrative approval for the construction of new campus of Rani Chennamma University’s at Hirebagewadi village in Belagavi Taluk at an estimated cost of Rs 110 crore.
In addition, the Cabinet has approved an additional sum of Rs 36 crore, which will be required to undertake the third phase of the Veterinary College, which has been long demand in the Athani constituency.
