As part of the “Azadi Ka Amrita Mahotsav”, authorities have decided to make the city rabies free by providing free vaccines to all dogs in Belagavi taluk on 28th September.
According to the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. A free rabies vaccination program is being held for all dogs at Vadagaon Veterinary Clinic from 9 am to 12 pm.
Dr. Ashok L Kolla, vice director of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services. requested All pet lovers to take advantage of the rabies vaccine program by vaccinating their dogs.
