The Scholarship Program at Esri India has attracted over 200 applications from students enrolled in a wide range of courses including Soil Science, Water Resource Engineering, Geology, Geoinformatics, and more. These applications have been received from esteemed institutes and universities across the country. Following a rigorous evaluation process, 10 outstanding students studying at different colleges and universities have been chosen to receive the esteemed Scholarship.

The scholarship programme is intended to run for 10 years and designed for Indian students who are beginning their second year of their post-graduate course in GIS, Geoinformatics or a similar subject at any university or college across the country. Aim of the scholarship programme is to recognise and support outstanding students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement and are committed to make a positive impact using GIS.
