The State government’s move to shift one division-level office and 23 district-level offices to the Suvarna Soudha in Belagavi has began and several offices have already shifted to Suvrana Soudha and working from there.
On 9th September, District Employment Exchange office which was in Sadashiv nagar have been completly moved to Suvarna Soudha. The Assistant Director of the District employment Exchange Office said that any relevant work should be contacted at a changed address.
The decision was announced through a Government Order issued in June 2020. As per the order, the district administration has made infrastructure arrangements to enable the functioning of these offices. All such offices, that were running from private rented buildings, have ended their contracts and moved to the Suvarna Soudha.
