Two Indian airlines will operate 20-22 flights every day during the winter schedule, approved the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Monday.
IndiGo and Star Air airlines will operate non-stop flights to 10 cities from Belagavi airport this winter reveals DGCA Winter Schedule. The winter schedule 2023 will be effective from October 29 to March 30 next year. Notably, no new airline will be operating any flight during the winter schedule.
Out of two carriers, Star Air will be operating the maximum number of flights on a weekly basis, i.e., 72-75 per week. where as IndiGo airlines will be operating 70 flights a week. With this, the total number of flight operations of both airlines stands at 140-150 weekly flights in the winter schedule.

New Routes ? : As per the winter schedule, no new routes added to the existing schedule. However, The IndiGo airline will operate a third daily flight with an ATR aircraft between Bengaluru and Belagavi.

Cancelled Flights : Star Air has withdrawn two routes in the winter schedule i.e., Belagavi-Bengaluru and Belagavi-Indore. Bookings for both routes have also been stopped on its officials website .
