Request For Proposal (RFP) for Construction of 4-6 Lane bypass for Belagavi city from Km 11.00 (Goa side) of NH-4A to Km 516.000 (Pune side) of NH-4 (Design Length 34.480 km) in the state of Karnataka on Hybrid Annuity Mode. Package 1A.
The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and management of National Highway No. NH-48 and (old NH-4A) including the section from Km 11.00 (Goa side) of NH-4A to Km 516.000 (Pune side) of NH-4 (approx. 34.480 km).
The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from Km 11.00 (Goa side)) of NH-4A to Km 516.000 (Pune side) of NH-4 (Design Length 34.480 km) on the bypass for Belagavi city section of National Highway No. NH-48 and (old NH-4A) (hereinafter called the “NH-48 and (old NH-4A) 4/6 Lane bypass for Belagavi city”) “”) in the State of Karnataka by Four/Six-Laning thereof (the “Project”) on design, build, operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis, and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project may be awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from e-procurement portal of NHAI http://etenders.gov.in from 02.01.2023 to 21.02.2023 (up to 1100 Hrs. IST), Bid must be submitted online only at http://etenders.gov.in during the validity of registration with the NHAI e-Tendering Portal being managed by National Informatic Centre (NIC), i.e. http://etenders.gov.in on or before 21.02.2023 (upto 1100 hours IST). Technical submissions of the Bids received online shall be opened on 22.02.2023 (at 1130 hours IST).

Note : Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Power of Attorney for signing of Bid, Power of Attorney for lead member of Consortium, if any, Joint Bidding Agreement for Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any, and other documents required as per clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest Bidder before issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) by the Authority.
