B.S. Channabasappa & sons, a leading South Indian, player in the apparel industry has entered Belagavi through BSC Textile Mall.
The company opens the Biggest showroom in entire Karnataka, Maharashtra and Goa on Sunday (June 25). Karnataka Chief Minister of Karnataka, Basavaraj Bommai inaugurated the showroom at Tilakawadi by lightening the lamp.
Minister of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department Umesh Katti, Minister of Urban (excluding Bengaluru) Development Byrathi Basavaraj, Belagavi Rural MLA Laxmi Hebbalkar, Belagavi North MLA Anil Benake, Former member of Rajya Sabha Prabhakar Kore were present.
“BSC is has big name is Karnataka. Davanagere was their only market so far, I m very happy that they have entered Belagavi. BSC has many veriety of clothing materials espicially for womens. I wish them all the success” CM Bommai said.
The new showroom is spread across 1,00,000 sq ft consisting of five floors, each of which is dedicated to different garment segments that B.S. Channabasappa have to offer.
According to BSC, It has Widest range, Best Quality and Lowest price. The opening of this showroom here has given emplyoment to 500 people. The range of Sarees is available from Rs.125 to Rs.1.5 lakhs . Belagavi showroom is the first showroom outside Davanagere. Also company has plans to open stores across state.
The ground floor and first floor will showcase apparel made of only cotton and synthetic material while the first floor will showcase fancy designer wear and bridal lehengas. The second floor will be dedicated to silk including Kanchipuram, Dharmavaram and Benarasi silks. The second floor floor will showcase material for chudidars, Ethnic wear, inner wear Home Furnishing Materials. The Third floor will showcase mens suiting and shirting fabric collection and childrens clothing. While the fourth floor is dedicated to mens cater to men’s readymades with national and international brands and ethnic wear. BSC showcase all brand cloths.
