The name – and accompanying logo – of Kittur Rani Chennamma mini zoo at Bhootaramanahatti in Belagavi was unveiled during the celebration of zoo day.
Kittur Rani Chennamma Mini Zoo now has a new logo and you’ll soon see many changes at this popular destination in coming days.
The new logo of Belagavi zoo is a monochromatic and its design is filled with secrets. At first glance, we see peacock in Green colour. A closer look reveals Tiger with black in colour and Deer in dark brown.
Zoo officials on Tuesday revealed the zoo’s new logo during the Zoo Day celebration at Belagavi zoo. Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Member Secretary (MS), Zoo Authority of Karnataka Shri B P Ravi unveiled the new logo, and inspected the overall development of the the zoo and gave necessary directions/suggestions for the development of Zoo.

CCF of Belagavi Circle Shri B V Patil, DCF & ED of the Zoo Shri M V Amarnath, ACF of Belagavi Sub Division Shri M B Kusanal and Curator of the Zoo Shri Rakesh Arjunawad were present.
