Belagavi North Constituency MLA Anil Benake inaugurated a Covid-19 testing laboratory at the premises of the Belagavi Institute of medical Science (BIMS) here on Today.
After inauguration, Benake Interacted with Minister for Medical Education of karnataka Dr. Sudhakar K over a video conference. During the call he shared ideas to tackle covid 19 and discussed about protocols for testing, quarantine and treatment followed by district administration. Minister said karnataka manages to tackle covid 19 under the leadership of Hon. CM B.S Yediyurappa and Belagavi being a largest district of karnataka managed the pandemic well only 25 active cases in Belagavi. He Acknowledged the frontline warriors of Belagavi and wished all the people tirelessly. BIMS Medical Director Shri. Vinay Dastikoppa, CEO Ballari, District Surgeon Dr. Kazi, Dr. Girish and entire Medical staff were present.
