In the letter it is being mentioned as – The concerned officers are directed to facilitate decanting of the LMO immediately on receipt and relieve the tankers to return immediately. Under no circumstances the tankers should be kept beyond 12 hrs after they reach the destination. Necessary arrangements for the decanting the tankers need to be planned in advance by the team of officers designated by the DCs, as decantation would need help and support from refillers with expertise to handle the containers.
