Among 12902 vials of Remdesivir supplied, 12750 vials of Remdesivir have been distributed among All government hospitals between 1-4-2021 to 15-5-2021. Currently 152 vials of Remdesivir is in stock in District warehouse.
All private hospitals have provided with 12,561 Remdesivir vials between 1-4-2021 to 15-5-2021 They are systematically allocated by demand to private hospitals.
Covid-19 War Rooms established :
The Covid waroom has been set up in District headquarters and one in each Taluk centers. Patients in the home insulation are enquired through phones regarding their health and treatment, and also those people who were in primary contact with patient is also being enquired through phone call about the home quarantine. Also through war room, details of government and private hospitals bed availability will be updated in website.
Oxygen Availability :
Previously, 15 KL of Oxygen was being supplied, recently the supply has been increased to 22 KL per day from the government. 5KL Oxygen is distributed from 3 organizations locally.
Covid Care Centres Established :
A total of 25 Covid Care Centers are opened in all the taluks in the district. A total of 66 people are being treated at Covid Care Centers.
(Hostel, Pilgrim Residence and Colleges) These have a total of 980 beds. There are 320 beds available at the government’s community health centers.
About vaccination :
The district has been assigned a 38,77,504 target. Among this, 6,72,232 people have been vaccinated so far.
