Belagavi city corporation invites applications for maintenance of sports complex, swimming pools

The Belagavi City corporation has finally invited applications for maintenance of it’s properties.

The Commissioner, City Corporation, Belagavi invites application from firm/agency for the maintenance & services for the works detailed in table below.

1. Name of work: Maintenance of swimming pool at Ashok Nagar Belagavi
2. Name of work: Maintenance of Gym Building at Ashok Nagar Belagavi
3. Name of work: Maintenance of Badminton Court at Ashok Nagar Belagavi
4. Name of work: Maintenance of swimming pool at Goaves Shahapur, Belagavi

1.Application from the Firm/Agency are invited for the maintenance & services assignment which could form the basis for future negotiation and ultimately a contract between the Firm/Agency and the Commissioner, Corporation of The City of Belagavi.

2.The purpose of the assignment is as specified in the table.

3. In order to obtain first hand information on the assignments and local conditions, it is considered desirable that the represent ative of firm/agency visit the client at his cost before application is submitted. Their representative shall meet the following Official. The Superintending Engineer / Executive Engineer (North) Corporation of the City of Belagavi, Phone No.0831-2405304.

4.Submission of proposal

The application must be submitted in a separate seal envelope following the formats/schedule given in the supplementary information for service providers. Application Should include the description of the firm/organization, the firms general experience in the field of assignment, the qualification and competency of the personnel proposed for the assignment and the proposed work plan; methodology and approach in response to suggested terms of references and should contain the detail price offer for the maintenance services.

Note: 1) Applicant shall bear all the maintenance of cost including security labours, chemicals, electrical charges, water charges, faculties, coaches etc. complete. No amount will be bear from City Corporation Belagavi. 2) The applicant shall quote the price payable to City Corporation Belagavi per month. 3) The Commissioner, City Corporation Belagavi reserve the right to accept or reject the application any time without assigning any reason.

The sealed cover of the clients will be received in this office upto 16.00 hours on 06-04-2022 for the following works.
