Special Purpose Vehicle firm – Penisular Builders and Developers Private Limited (A Joint venture by Planedge, Pune and Mangaluru-based Real estate developer Hindustan Promoters and Developers private limited) to build City Centre Mall – a Multi-Utility Facilitation Center (MUFC) in Belagavi under smart city project at the cost of Rs.98.25 crores in 3.15 acres land in the city.
On Monday (06 Nov), a ground breaking ceremony took place for the Multi-Utility Facilitation Center (MUFC) building in Dharmnath Circle in Ashok Nagar. The development of this building is a joint effort between Belagavi City Corporation and Belagavi Smart City Limited, under a Public Private Partnership.
The Belagavi City Centre mall is planned to encompass a total of 2.19 lakh square feet of built-up area, which will include office spaces, commercial outlets, food courts, and movie halls. The mall will consist of a basement, ground floor, and three additional floors.
The construction of the project will take place over a period of 36 months starting from now, and the concession period will extend for 30 years. This implies that the project will be fully completed by the year 2026.
