Consultancy services for Independent Engineer Construction of 4/6 lane bypass for Belagavi city from Km 1.00 (Goa side) of NH-4A to Km 516.000 (Pune side) of NH-4 (Design Length 34.48 km) in the state of Karnataka on Hybrid Annuity Mode Package 1A.
The NHAI invites proposals from eligible Consultants for engaging as Independent’s Engineer (IE) on the basis of International Competitive Bidding for the following contract packages in the State of Karnataka.

Independent Engineer shall look after both the projects under project stretch.The RFP shall be received through “INFRACON” (www.infracon.nic.in) and will be evaluated based on details furnished on “INFRACON”. As such before submitting the proposal, the Consultant (the firm and all key personnel) shall mandatorily register and enlist themselves, on the MORT&H portal “INFRACON” and upload all relevant information to enable correct evaluation of RFP.
The interested consultancy firms may view/download the RFP document from the e-procurement portal of NHAI 1.e. https://etenders.gov.in from 30.08.2023 to 28.09.2023 (up to 11:00 hrs. IST). The Consultant who download the RFP document from the e-portal will be required to pay the non-refundable fee of Rs.5,000/- at the time of the submission of the Bid proposal, through online mode in the Authority’sdesignated bank account and also upload online payment receipt of the same.
Bid must also be submitted online at https://etenders.gov.in on or before 28.09.2023 (up to 11:00 hrs.IST), Bids received online shall be opened on 29.09.2023 (at 11:30 hrs. IST).

Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. Bidders shall submit the scanned copy ofthe original documents along with the bid on the e-tendering portal on or before bid due date. Theevaluation of bids will be carried out with the available scanned copy of Original documents as per RFPrequirement. However, the successful bidder has to submit the original documents physically with theAuthority before issue of LOA. Please note that the National Highways Authority of India reserves the rightto accept or reject all or any of the BIDS without assigning any reason whatsoever.
