According to latest numbers released by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Passenger traffic at Belagavi airport up by 23.15% in terms of Passenger numbers as compared to previous month.
Belagavi Airport had footfalls of a total of approximately 23,304 passengers which is 4382 more when compared to 18922 in April.
Data also shows that the number of flights operated in May was 538 and less than 1-Metric Tonnes cargo movement was registered.
