In order to fulfill the demands of Industrialists of UdyamBhag, Streetlight works worth 47 Lakhs were Inaugurated today by Belagavi South MLA Abhay Patil.
There were no street lights working in Udyambag due to which the incidences of robberies have increased. The industrialists had urged Abhay Patil to install streetlights.
The works includes installation of More than 240 New Bulbs, More than 60 New Streetlight poles & Joining the Missing Link cables.
After inauguration of these works, a meeting was held at Foundry Cluster, the issues of Roads and Water in Udyambag were discussed. The road work has been estimated worth Rs. 56 Crores which will be included in the next year budget he assured, he also assured that he will try to resolve the Water issues with KUWS by having a meeting in coming days. MLA has also told that he is putting efforts to get new power stations in the City.
