
Airport Authority of India has set up a new medical inspection room at the Belagavi airport. A growing number of flights and passengers flying to and from Belagavi city, and the need for better service to all passengers has resulted in this medical clinic.
Medical inspection room has been set up in old terminal building with Basic medical facilities such as first aid, CPR, emergency medical requirements etc. Passengers falling sick after entering the security hold area will also benefit by the clinic.
Belagavi Airport now has highest Passengers movement after two international airports of Karnataka ie., Bengaluru and Mangaluru. With More than 1200 passengers and 25-26 flights per day at the Belagavi airport, authorities felt the need for all services to work in harmony and make travel more pleasurable for visitors to the city.
